CLE in the Administration Building Conference Room. (The Administration Building is across the street from the Coliseum, on the main street when entering from Fall Creek Parkway.)

About the CLE:

Recent decisions by the Indiana Court of Appeals have discussed how the waiver of subrogation works on construction projects. This seminar will focus on the unique and important issues of how the wavier of subrogation works and should work when the construction project involves work to an existing structure, an addition to a structure, or damage to property outside the definition of "work."

About the Tour:

Immediately following the seminar presentation, attendees will be given a private tour of the newly renovated Indiana State Fair Coliseum by the project manager responsible for overseeing the construction. Attendees will be among the first visitors to see the renovated Coliseum as the grand opening doesn't occur until the following week.
