This program addresses what the legal community needs to know about the attorney surrogate rule. You will gain a better understanding of the rule, why to designate your own surrogate and what is required of an attorney surrogate. Roundtable exercises will close the program, giving attendees an opportunity to suggest improvements to the current process and help shape future reform.
