The Young Lawyers Section is excited to offer this year's Applied Professionalism Seminar at Indiana University (Indiana Memorial Union) in Bloomington on Friday, Sept. 12. You won't want to miss this opportunity to satisfy your 6-hour applied professionalism course requirement and network at the reception immediately following from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Note: As a Seminar attendee, you can attend this reception for free!

Topics to be covered include the future of legal ethics, ethical relationships with clients and third parties, varying ethical concerns based on employment settings, trust accounts and IOLTA, how to avoid the top 10 malpractice traps, workplace survival tips and attorney advertising and social media.

Featured presenters include Prof. Bill Henderson, I.U. Maurer School of Law; Seth T. Pruden, Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission; James J. Bell, Bingham Greenebaum Doll; Terry L. Harrell, JLAP; Jaime Andree, Indiana Legal Services; Kip S. Drew, I.U. Office of Legal Counsel; and several members of the ISBA board of governors.
