The Environmental Law Section is a great benefit to its members - and to the public! It promotes dialogue among legal practitioners in this field, considering all matters of interest regarding environmental law. It also focuses on helping members of the public become involved in environmental rule making and other processes, promoting alternative dispute resolution and mediation as a means of speedily resolving disputes, and helping make state environmental orders more accessible to practitioners and to the public. This section publishes annually the Indiana Environmental Statutes.
