The goal of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Section is to create cooperation between counsel for creditors and debtors and promote understanding and expertise in the field of commercial and bankruptcy law. Section members are also involved in the process of creating or changing legislation or administrative rules that affect creditors and debtors on the state and/or federal levels.
