The Articles and Bylaws Committee shall exercise parliamentary jurisdiction for the Association, answering questions pertaining to interpretation of Articles and Bylaws, whenever a question arises.  It shall review periodically the Article and Bylaws, and shall prepare additions, deletions and amendments whenever appropriate, and shall recommend the same to the Board of Governors.  Article and Bylaw changes recommended by any member or body within the Association shall be submitted to the Committee for review, drafting whenever appropriate, and recommendation to the Board of Governors.
